    Hey Sebastian & Alita, love your new website and video tips. Just another example of how you guys go all out to provide excellent service to your clients. As a mortgage broker specialising in self-employed mortgages I wanted to add a little mention of the ‘stated income’ mortgage, allowing a self-employed buyer a much greater purchasing budget than a conventional mortgage. Also, the ‘AAA’ Self-employed mortgage program which rewards business owners and independent contractors who have an excellent credit score with exceptionally low rates. Keep up the good work.
