When we decided to sell our home we wanted to make sure we had the right realtor who knew the area, was upfront and personable and could get us the best price without having the hassle of going through hoops. We had a few people come over and provide us an appraisal but they weren’t personable and didn’t have that engaging sense about them. Then Sebastian came over. He was bright, personable, and grabbed our attention once he started talking about the house. Sebastian knew the area very well and the other realtors in the area. He presented us with his plan on selling the house and the strategy he would use to get the job done right. I always thought that we would have the picture in the area paper and have an open house the next week, but his approach was different. it was very thought-out and showed a perfect picture of how selling houses should be done.
Needless to say we sold our house within 2 days of being on the market, and within 99% of the listing price. We didn’t have any hassles or delays with anything he provided to us. It was the story that you never hear about realtors.
Since the move we have kept in touch with Sebastian and are glad we met him. Just this last year we started to think about moving, without a flinch we called Sebastian, that very day he came over and provided an appraisal of our house. We got things in motion to start looking slowly and are looking forward to having Sebastian representing us again.
