Since it was my first home purchase I am extremely grateful for all the advice you gave me in walking me through the process. I was looking for a house that I could do some renovations to and that’s exactly what you found for me. I’m confident the advice you gave me with regards to my future renovations will prove to be invaluable. You helped me out tremendously with the negotiation process so that I was able to get the house I wanted at a price that fit in my budget.
In addition to all the advice you were able to provide, I particularly enjoyed your personality. You made the whole process enjoyable and gave me a few laughs along the way.
