What I can tell you is no one can predict the future, but from what I have seen in the past, I don’t expect the home prices to drop any time soon.  Even when the county experiences price drops back in late 2008, Burlington real estate for the most part help it’s prices strong.  Yes, we did see somewhat of a price adjustment for about 3-4 month. By the end of 2008, prices were right back where they started.  How’s that for a great city?
